Auditions and recruiting

The Limoges Opera is a direct municipal state-owned establishment as it is a public utility of Limoges’ council. All contracts proposed are public right contracts.

The Opera recruits occasionally administrative and technique positions for its permanent team, principally by transfer.

Each season, the Opera Theatre recruits artists for the formation of its steady artistic team (orchestra, chorus, ballet). All recruitments are made by audition.

Moreover, the Opera Theatre organises soloists’ auditions for its future works.
